It works best with the attendant training necessary to ensure that the same decisions which got you where you are today won't be repeated.

This is the process:
  1. We negotiate an hourly rate.
  2. You hand me the keys to your code base & contact info for your developers.
  3. I review the code and interview the developers.
  4. I make a recommendation for training, coaching and hourly changes done by me with an estimated cost.
  5. We negotiate a plan that works for everyone.
  6. I begin cleaning up your biggest technical impediments.
