All workshops are hands-on, coding-centered sessions. Every workshop plays out differently, based on the needs of the attendees but the general themes can be any of the following.

Coaching
This means I come to where your team works and sit with you. It typically involves pair-programming. If you have a reason why I cannot pair with you or your developers, I'm flexible. We can work on canned examples or theoretical, representative problems.
Seminars
These are instructor-led conversations. They are mostly a one-way transfer of information meant to get a group of people on the same page.
