Fixed Prices for Creation or Extension of Qualifying Systems

For systems that meet a certain standard of engineering excellence or new systems built to that very standard, a fixed-price option is available.

Here's how it works:

1. We begin breaking down the work you need done into smaller chunks, this is a collaborative effort.
2. Eventually, we get a small enough chunk that all of the tests for it can be defined.
3. We negotiate a price for making a batch of tests pass.
4. I make the tests pass.
5. I bill you.
6. Repeat.

There is no "acceptance" phase because you've defined what acceptance for a batch of work means up front in the form of tests. That's what makes this work: both the price and the scope are fixed but they are fixed for very small increments of work that everyone involved can envision, plan, estimate, and build.

Prices are all inclusive: I handle everything from hosting the source code to continuous integration and deployment. However, these services are not mandatory.
