Continued from last week.

The boss talks to the big boss and tells him 1 team can do 1% of the digging in 1 month. The big boss gives him ten teams for a year. The boss tells everyone to self organize around the problem. One team optimizes their performance by throwing their materials in another team's pit, so they can stay focused on just digging.
